Hi I'm Claire,

I've been working with clients for over 20 years, helping them to find their true potential. Life can be difficult and we become immersed in work, family, children, we can feel like we are missing something, that there's more to life. You want to re-discover the true, authentic you. You want to be the person you've desperately wanted to be but are too afraid, not knowing what that might be but it's difficult to give yourself permission to be yourself. You might feel empty inside but you have all the nice things in life, a nice home, a beautiful car, I mean you are a success on the outside right?

I hear you! I felt exactly the same way. I had a successful mortgage business, several houses... And cars! Five of them are, crazy right? I was working so many hours with demanding people around me, I started to burn out. I turned to alcohol to try and smooth out the rough edges. It just made everything worse, of course. Then one day at the doctors I had a little meltdown, not tantrums and tears, I just zoned out rocking in my seat... Not good! I was told I needed a major life change.

A week later I left my husband, went to live in a little cottage I owned which needed renovating and set to work with paint. I needed alone time. I was invited to New York a few months later and leapt at the chance. The day I left, my ex-husband cleaned out my house and my bank account leaving me with nothing. All the traumas from the past resurfaced.

I lived in New York for 14 years. I decided I needed to go on a healing journey. It was intense, immense, life-altering! All these years I had been solving everyone else's problems but mine.
​
I wrote three books, studied, and received diplomas in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mental Health, Psychology, and Life Coaching. I was tapping into my authentic self! I was asked to be a Keynote Speaker to help people and then I became confident to be the fully spiritual me!

At last, I was living in true authenticity, fully awake!
