To begin healing, take time to connect with each of these aspects through meditation and journaling. taking time to dive deeply into identifying any areas of imbalance or disharmony, working to address them through energy healing, or other modalities that resonate with you. I've found taking guided meditations through temples with ascended masters, loved ones and angels helps, as we gain deep, profound insight into our subconscious mind and inter dimensions that we dismiss through our day-to-day routines. We recognise that healing is an ongoing process and to be patient and compassionate with ourselves is paramount as you navigate it. Remember to prioritize self-care and honor the interconnectedness of all aspects of your being.
